Sana'a, NewsYemen:

In full swing, the Houthi militia - the Iranian arm in Yemen - is seeking to attract school students in Sanaa and the neighboring governorates and to push them to fuel the battles to keep it in a state of power grab since its coup in September 2014.

Influential members of the group are touring Sanaa's schools for the second week in a row under several names, including the "Martyr's Anniversary", with the aim of attracting the largest possible number of students and pushing them to the fronts and compensating for the human losses incurred by the militia during the past few weeks.

The militia, which controls the education sector, obliged the public and private schools of the Capital Municipality to organize cultural and rhetorical activities in the presence of all educational cadres.  Those she describes as "martyrs", who she claims were killed "in defense of the homeland and its independence."

The mobilization to the fronts was not limited to school yards and the education sector, as this ball extended to the Ministry of Youth and Sports, which is also preparing the so-called youth forum aimed at mobilizing young people and pushing them to the fronts.

According to sources working in the Ministry of Youth and Sports, the forum ostensibly includes cultural, social and development activities, and the distribution of books and sectarian publications to more than 49 libraries, 250 headquarters, clubs, and educational and sports facilities.

In a related context, on Sunday, December 19, the activities of the so-called "first awareness program to strengthen faith identity in Amanat Al Asimah schools" began, organized by the Ministry of Youth and Sports in cooperation with the Ministries of Awqaf and Education.

The program targets a field visit to 80 public schools in Sana'a to attract new victims who will be pushed to the fronts, under the titles "Strengthening faith identity and correcting misconceptions to thwart the soft war goals of the coalition of aggression."
