Salem Thabet Al-Awlaki, a member of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council, confirmed the issuance of upcoming decisions regarding Shabwa governorate.
Al-Awlaki said that Shabwa is preparing for a new phase that meets the requirements of security, stability and liberation.
Al-Awlaki saluted the sincere stances, especially the patriotic stances of the people of Shabwa Governorate, from Radhum to Bayhan, expressing his appreciation for the efforts of the brothers in the Arab coalition.
