Outcomes of the meeting of the Executive Committee "Harro" with Governor Al-Bahsani

Yesterday, Friday, the Executive Committee of the outcomes of the Hadhramaut General Meeting (Harro) in the local authority in Hadhramaut governorate issued items that resulted from the meeting with Major General Faraj Salmeen Al-Bahsani, Governor of Hadhramaut Governorate - Commander of the Second Military Region, after several meetings over three consecutive days, as follows:

3. Addressing the government to enhance the generating capacity of the electricity system in the governorate and implementing the directives of His Excellency the President of the Republic to establish a (100) mega gas station for the coast.

4. The speedy convening of the Oil Derivatives Committee for today or tomorrow and issuing a price reduction for the benefit of citizens, equivalent to the drop in the currency rate, and following up on that in a timely manner.

5. Establishing an oil refinery in Hadhramaut, according to previous studies and directives.

6. Determining an allotment (three hundred and fifty thousand liters) of diesel from Petro Masila Refinery and selling it at a price of (four thousand and one hundred riyals per tank) subsidized to citizens, setting a percentage for farmers, fishermen and other trades, and setting up a fair mechanism for sale in all districts of the governorate equally between the coast and the valley and when  The government's commitment to all electricity costs is transferred to the rest of the allocation for the benefit of citizens at the subsidized price, with tighter control over this and work on it from its date.

7. Demanding an increase in the Hadhramaut governorate's allocation of diesel from Petro Masila Refinery to reach (two million liters per day) to meet the requirements of services and citizens.

8. Preparing an urgent message from the governor of Hadhramaut to increase the governorate’s allocation of domestic gas in the coast and the valley, according to need, in coordination with the Gazprom Company.

9. Searching for local production of gas by the local authority, in coordination with the government, Petro Masila Company, and any other bodies competent to establish a local gas production unit.

10. Gazprom should follow up on reducing gas transportation fees and, in return, lowering its price for the citizen.

11. A letter from the commander of the second military region regarding the approval of two trailers for the benefit of the second military region outside the share of Hadramout, similar to the first military region.

12. Tightening control by the competent authorities over the fair distribution of gas within the neighborhoods and villages of each Hadramout governorate.

13. Supporting the fishermen of the province with oil derivatives, in coordination with those concerned.

14. The commitment of the competent authorities to the approved fishing regulations as well as the specific landing centers agreed upon by all.

15. Completely prohibiting the export of some types of fish from Hadramout to sell them for the benefit of citizens within the governorate.

16. Determining a sufficient percentage for the local market of some other types of fish for sale within the governorate only, the coast and the valley.

17. Preventing the exit of insulators and locomotives and tightening control over them except after the local market is satisfied.

18. Supplying urea fertilizer through the Agricultural Cooperative Union and under the supervision of the two agricultural offices through the port of Mukalla with what the farmers of the valley and the coast need in sufficient quantity and to be sold at cost price.

19. Holding a meeting with Petro Masila Company with the local authority and in the presence of representatives of the Harro Meeting Committee, provided that it is as soon as possible.

20. Demanding the government to activate security in the districts of the valley and the desert and to strengthen it with a security force and to adopt the directives of His Excellency the President of the Republic to recruit three thousand sons of the districts and to coordinate with the Arab coalition in this and the extension of the Hadrami Elite Forces to the districts of the valley and the desert.

21. Coordinating an urgent meeting with the Prime Minister and the President of the Republic to raise the issues and demands of Hadramawt, and to form a delegation representing all the people of Hadramawt.

22. In the event that the government does not respond with regard to the demands and entitlements of the entire Hadhramaut governorate, the vessel coming from the loading of crude oil from the Dabba port will be stopped.

23. Addressing the Arab coalition to increase aid and development projects for Hadhramaut Governorate.

24. Sitting with the management of Calvali to discuss the requirements of the concession areas.

25. Raising illegal levies on food vehicles by military points and completely exempting them from weighing fees, and it has been implemented from its date.

26. The new points will be removed from the roads at twelve o'clock in the evening on Friday, December 24, 2021.
