The presidential bet on Al-Zubaidi to collect resources and save the state.. Will he succeed?

Political and economic analyst Majid Al-Daari considered the assignment of the President of the Transitional Council, Aidarous Al-Zubaidi, as head of the Committee for the Collection of State Resources, as a successful and smart choice made by the President of the Presidential Council, Rashad Al-Alimi.
Al-Da'ari said, in a post on Facebook, that assigning a member of the Leadership Council, Aidarous Al-Zubaidi, to collect southern resources in the legitimate state is a smart decision by President Al-Alimi, for several considerations.
Al-Daari praised Al-Zubaidi, the head of the Transitional Council, and said that he is a leader who can be bet on in collecting resources and saving the state and its institutions, if the intentions of those around him are true and the coalition and members of the Leadership Council cooperate to make him succeed in his mission.
He stressed that Al-Zubaidi ran Aden in the most difficult stage, when the state was absent, and established government funds to collect state resources to it, and spend from them on the budget of running the departments of institutions and disbursing their salaries, as well as bearing the expenses and costs of operating electricity and its fuel and its consequences, and improving the revenues of the port of Aden for containers.
He added that al-Zubaidi, when he was governor of Aden, fought on all fronts, collected resources and prioritized their disbursement instead of the government, which was actually completely absent at that time.
He explained that assigning Al-Zubaidi to this task is a smart decision, because the resources required to be collected are only from the southern regions, and only the controlling transitional can succeed in collecting them and obliging officials to transfer them to the Central Bank.
He indicated that the STC is the only party within the legitimacy camp, capable of confronting any rebel force and forcing it to supply its resources to the central bank in Aden, dismissing it, holding it accountable, and recovering any money from it.
Al-Da'ari believes that Al-Zubaidi is the only official capable of dismantling the networks of thieves, who control the state's resources, decoding them and ending this complex equation.
Al-Daari concluded, that this assignment puts the transitional before a difficult fateful test to prove its ability to manage the state economically, and so that it does not become a partner in the authority of the Presidential Leadership Council in the morning and an opponent of it in the Transitional Council in the evening.
