Taiz, NewsYemen, special:

The Islah Party, the branch of the Muslim Brotherhood in Yemen, is planning their next armed rebellion against the decisions of the Presidential Leadership Council, which are expected to be issued to rearrange the situation in Taiz Governorate.

Signs of Brotherhood rebellion began at the end of last month, specifically on October 27, with the issuance of an official statement on the so-called dissolved Popular Resistance Council since the formation of the so-called (National Army), accompanied by the closure of the governorate’s headquarters in response to the governor’s suspension of his first agent, pending an administrative case.

In the first parade, dozens of Brotherhood members raised their favorite slogan (We are all resistance) in Freedom Square, last Friday, to deliver a political and security message to those concerned, that we are all ready for armed rebellion and to prevent the desired change in a governorate burdened with them, and the sacrifice of their militias.

The Brotherhood is mobilizing its armed militias involved in murder and terrorism, known as the Popular Mobilization, in preparation for mixing papers in the event decisions are issued to dismiss the leader of the Taiz axis and the police director who belong to the organization.

In addition to bringing Dr. Abdul-Qader Al-Junaid from Canada, and trying to impose him as a governor of Taiz governorate, arranging and securing his movement, and opening an office for him in the governorate headquarters, the Brotherhood summoned their armed men deployed in Lahj, Marib, Wadi Hadramout and Al-Mahra as part of the decisions to contain the situation.

In parallel, the media department within the Islah branch has recently been active, rearranging their papers, and containing new activists and media professionals from outside the circle of affiliation and loyalty, with the aim of pushing them into the next battle centered around one goal of protecting the mafia’s authority from decisions of partial or comprehensive change.

In a related context, tribal dignitaries from the Brotherhood are working to contain social figures in the city of Taiz, Al-Hajaria, Sabr and the coast, and to communicate with others outside the governorate and the diaspora. These complex tasks are carried out by a local team and another immigrant, led by Hammoud Saeed Al-Mikhlafi.

Politically, the Brotherhood and its arms on the left are active in forming a new political component, which they call the Historical Bloc, a designation taken from a telegram of thanks to the Secretary-General of the Socialist Party, Abdul Rahman Al-Saqqaf, which he sent to the Secretary-General of the Islah Party, Abdul Wahab Al-Ansi.

Each brotherhood team raises a slogan, the first calls for the mobilization of militants and groups of activists and media professionals to confront what they call the scheme of the UAE and the National Resistance Forces in the city of Taiz, another team raises the banner of confronting the Houthis, and a third team urges all local forces to unite within what some socialists call the historical bloc.
