Sharp internal differences have returned back between Houthi leaders over al-Hodeida agreement and the implement of the Sweden agreement in its first phase to withdraw from al-Saleef and Ras Essa sea ports.

The United Nations and its senior observer or the Special Envoy did not provide an explanation for the failure to implement the step (A) of the first phase so as to withdraw from al-Hodeida port so as to launch the redeployment process in city.

The Danish general Michael Lollesgaard asked for additional time to talk to the Houthis who delayed on Monday a new schedule to implement the agreement on Sunday.

According to government sources, the UN official told the government team to postpone the date, without giving reasons.

The militias and their team also gave no explanation for the failure to implement, as agreed for the second time in two consecutive days.
