Mocha Police investigate two incidents died south, west of Mocha city

A source at the security department in Mocha district that Police is investigating the incident of the death of two people that their bodies were found today in two different areas in the district. 

A Criminal Investigation Director Adel al-Saadi said that the dead body of AbdulRahman Qaba'a was found among al-Suwais neighborhood trees, south of Mocha city. 

While the second body was seen by fishermen, identified as  Hesham Fayez Afandi, 27,. 

Hesham was a soldier in Tehama brigade before leaving the army to work as a fisherman using the tire to float on it, a method widely used by many fishermen in coastal areas west of Yemen.

Qaba'a,  his family lost him two days ago, was a Koranic teacher then he became an administrative inspector at the Education Office in Mocha district. 

Primary investigation indicated that Qaba'a was stabbed by a sharp machine in various parts in his body. His motorbike was stolen from him.

Eyewitnesses said the dead body of Afandi was tied up by a piece of cloth, which raises a criminal suspicion of deliberately sunk the victim.

Sources close to the Police Department in the district said the incident is under investigation, pointing that the victim was suffering from a psychological condition.

Afandi's family refused to talk about her son's psychological condition and said " he was suffering from a mild condition, but he was not mad.", adding to NewsYemen that her son was come out at 9 in the morning and returned back a dead body.
