Mocha -- Story of champion who fights to have gold medals

Marwan Hadi is from Mocha district in Taiz province, he won 10 local, Arab, and silver medals and two bronzes medals, has specialized in Kung Fu as a favorite fighting game.
"It is a sport that drives you to fight that does not lead to the death of the opponent", Marwan Hadi said.
Hadi starts to play in al-Mena club , the oldest sports club in Mocha, started his day-to-day training with coach Akram Mohammed Ali in 2001 among a team of 50 athletes.
When the training contract ended, Hadi was frustrated that it might forget what you get , But winning the first place in the championship in 2002, gave him a strong motivation to continue the game and develop his combat skills.
After thinking about how to find an optimal way to continue, he decided to travel to Taiz city, even though it cost him to pay travel and accommodation expenses despite his difficult financial circumstances.
In 2003, he participated in the province championship and won the first rank. For a young man who did not have the support of anyone, is an incentive to launch a sports event in which he won a number of local and Arab awards.
In 2006, he participated in the Republic championship and won eight gold and one bronze medals, which is the largest list of medals in which he won gold.
In 2010, Marwan Hadi won the first rank in the Arab Championships while he was 26 years old.
In 2012, Hadi participated in the first Arab foreign tournaments, which was held in Jordan and achieved second rank, then returned to Jordan next year, in 2013, to achieve the third rank, and in 2014 participated in Lebanon and achieved the first rank.
In 2019 he won the third rank after his nose was broken and prevented him from continuing playing to the end of the championship.
Hadi is currently running the Youth and Sports Department in Mocha district, commissioned by Mocha Director General Sultan Mahmoud and he is trying to revive the spirit to the sport life by activating a number of activities or planning for the future.
