Power outages in Abyan increased

Residents of Abyan province southern Yemen suffer from power cuts for long hours after the withdrawal of the Aden line which provides electricity for Abyan.
A source at the General Electricity Corporation said that the power outages in Abyan increased in recent days because of the depletion of fuel oil on al-Haswa station in Aden.
Local residents told NewsYemen that the electricity service is experiencing a continuous deterioration exacerbated their suffering, especially in summer, which is witnessing a high temperature in Abyan.
