Sources in the capital Sana'a said disagreements erupted between Dr. Abdulaziz bin Habtour, the head of the Houthi government, and militias' leaders, against the background of the so-called state-building document approved by the militias

According to sources in the chairmanship of the militias' government, the leaders of the Houthi militias intend to establish private offices in each ministry and a government body under the name of the Office of Monitoring the Implementation of the State Building Document

Ben Habtour considered it a government inside a government and another confiscation of his government powers and its ministers.

The sources pointed out that Ben Habtour told Mahdi al-Mashat and Houthi leaders that his government does not have the powers currently in the presence of the Houthi supervisors and remaining powers will be fully confiscated in the event of the appointment of these offices.

This means that there would be overlap in terms of competencies, duplication of work and great differences, but al-Mashat replied to Ben Habtour as " these are the directions of the Mister, referring to the the Militias' leader Abdulmalik al-Houthi, and that the aim is to absorb as many as Houthi leaders and find jobs and financial allocations for them.

The sources added that the appointment process will only be limited for figures close to the Houthi leader Abdulmalik al-Houthi and his relatives.

The aim is to exceed any procedures or orders issued by Ben Habtour and some of his ministers without knowing the office of the Houthi leader, noting that the personalities who will be elected, nominated by the Preventive Security leaders of the Houthi group, which controls the decisions of the head of the so-called political council of militias totally.

According to the sources, these offices, which will be created outside the framework of government regulations and laws, an addition to the path of destruction of the State's institutions and its bodies in favor of transforming the state bodies into new tribes' affairs only for themselves alone.
