A Yemeni diplomatic reiterated that the second phase of the Stockholm agreement could not be implemented without the real and fact Redeployment as stipulated in the agreement, handing over ports, identifying local authority and security forces.
The Yemeni ambassador to Russia Dr. Ahmed Salem Al-Wuhaishi stressed the keenness of the Yemeni government to strengthen the work of the United Nations inspection mechanism in the ports of al-Hodeida.
He pointed out that the redeployment in al-Hodeida are not done well, when the Houthi militias withdraw from the city its ports as stated in the Stockholm agreement then it could be moved to the second round of the agreement.
