The Joint Forces repulsed a Houthi attack on Monday evening in al-Hodeida city, the Media Information said
The attack came in the latest round of Houthi escalation at the end of a day of violations in several directions in al-Hodeida province
Military sources said that the Joint Forces affirmed that the Houthi militias targeted residential neighborhoods and areas on Sana'a St. and 50th St. in al-Hodeida city with machine guns and sniper weapons
Militias also shelled intensive mortar shells at positions of the Joint Forces east of al-Saleh town, located in the northeast of al-Hodeida
In one context of continuous mobilization, the Houthi militias on July 27 held a wide-ranging meeting, called it "the Expanded Meeting of al-Hodeida Scholars and Religious Figures", the meeting aims to mislead citizens and continue sending fighters for Houthi fronts
