Taiz province is experiencing a strange epidemic among residents in the province, physicians are not able to identify the epidemic amid absence of the role of the health office in facing the disease
Physicians at the Swedish hospital said to NewsYemen that a strange epidemic viral had been observed among children and adults as well, and had been monitored in several hospitals; and physicians could not identify the virus
Physicians added that symptoms of the disease mixed between fever and dengue fever, causing a coma and a lack of platelets, has been recorded deaths due to the virus, but the health office did not announce these deaths it did not follow up patients' cases
They confirmed that the virus was diagnosed as viral fever, but its rapid spread and multiple symptoms suggest it was a new pandemic, and they called on the Ministry of Health and the local authority to act to confront the virus
In the Swedish hospital, the sources said that the doctors, last night, put one of the children in quarantine, and prevented others to access, other neighboring patients were removed to stay in another wards in the hospital
