Houthi develops crimes of looting civilians' properties

The Houthi militias' tactics have developed their methods in looting the Yemeni people properties, the militias recently began to seize :
- Banks' accounts of the militias' Opponents at the commercial banks and looted these funds
- Transferring ownership of houses, land, companies and assets of being described by the militias "traitors and agents", to the ownership of Houthi leaders
- Taking their opponents' houses, which are rented by the Endowments Ministry in particular in the old city of Sana'a or Endowments buildings or houses were built according to the agreement with the Endowments ministry for decades, sometimes up to hundreds of years
- Seizing institutions and independent charities or affiliated to political parties and organizations, looting and confiscating properties, funds and assets. Militias use the State bodies at the Judiciary and the its Executive branches which are run by the Houthi militias or their loyalists who have been appointed at these bodies over the past years
The militias loot and take the properties through three people:
- Saleh Musfer al-Sha'er, a weapons merchant of Sa'ada province, one of the Houthi leaders in Sa'ada wars, a major arms supplier in Sa'ada wars, he hid the Houthi leader in the third war in Sa'ada for six months, he provided medicines for the injuries suffered by the rebel leader Abdulmalik al-Houthi
He was appointed by the militias as the head of the Defense Ministry's Logistics Support Unit at the Houthi Defense Ministry and was appointed as the Judicial guard
- Houthi supervisor at the Endowments Ministry
- Khalid al-Madani, the Houthi militias' supervisor for organizations, foundations and charities. He is also the Undersecretary of the Capital Sana'a
The militias use the State bodies and institutions to legitimize the looting, seizing, and organizing and programming thefts of civilians money and their properties
The most important of these bodies:
1. The Court and the Specialized Criminal Prosecution and Judge Abdo Ghaleb Rajeh, the chairman of the Specialized Criminal Court, the Judge Khalid Saleh al-Maweri, the chairman of the Specialized Criminal Prosecution, the Judge Abdullah Ali al-Kumaim, the Deputy Criminal Prosecution
The three judges carry out the biggest crimes against the Judiciary, using their titles and the court's authority to facilitate looting, robbery, and seizure of civilians' properties in favor of Saleh Musfer al-Sha'er and the Houthi militias
Among the most prominent crimes committed by the three judges are: violation of legal and judicial procedures, issue memorandums and directives contrary to the relevant authorities, most important of which are commercial banks and the Ministry of Trade and Industry
(M / Land Registry, M / Commercial Register) where the Chairman of the Court addresses commercial banks through official memoranda by the Court and under the judge's signature and the court's seal
The Houthi militias withdrew civilians' funds in cash, like Armard Security Guard company, the company balances accounts have been looted in all commercial banks and now the company's account is Zero in favor of Saleh Musfer al-Sha'er and his relatives
These three judges' crimes must be exposed and prosecute them lawfully, legally and publicly
2- The Ministry of Trade and Industry: the Chairman of the Specialized Criminal Court issues official memoranda and addressed the Ministry of Trade and Industry to issue new commercial records for the companies and establishments that were looted and seized by the name of Saleh Musfer al-Sha'er, this procedure is against the law and regulations..... this crime is shared by the Minister of Trade and Industry in the Houthi government Abdelwahab al-Durah, which he must be held accountable in the future, because crimes which are not time-barred from prosecution or other courts
3 - Ministry of Endowments and Guidance: the Houthi militias used all means to seize all the endowment types like public and private and or
inherited by fathers or grandfathers .other houses and land, then the Houthi militias distribute houses and land to their members and the Hashemite families
4- The Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor: the militias use the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor to seize charities by holding a meeting of people who have nothing to do with these associations
These meetings resulted in electing a new administration of these associations and in the presence of representatives of the Ministry to adopt these results, which are completing the necessary procedures and address the banks and relevant authorities to approve the signatures of the new administration of the associations, Such as the Quranic Memorization Association of the Islah Party
As for charities and social organizations, they pressure the minister to change the name of the institution and its sponsors, and then loot the money and property of charitable institutions, for example al-Saleh Institution
The crimes of looting and theft that were and are carried out by the Houthi militias do not occur to any human being, or any rational person. These crimes will never fall. They will be prosecuted and held accountable and anyone who has facilitated, participated, signed or supported the looting and theft operations
