The people of Hadramout province, in the evening of Monday 16 September, launched Hashtag through the social networking site "Twitter", was to claim their legitimate service rights.
Under the title, "Together to Prevent_Export_Hadrami_Oil", Hadramout people expressed their anger at the marginalization and theft of their oil wealth without getting them basic services at least in return.
The cities of the coast of Hadramout, especially the capital of the province of Mukalla witnessed a major collapse in the electricity system last week, resulting in long interruptions which caused people to protest and cut off the streets.
Journalist Majed al-Da'ari says that the Hadramout leadership has no option to deal with legitimacy and force it to stop its punitive policy towards Hadramout people, except to unite behind their wise leadership and stand united in order to restore all legitimate rights and support the open options and campaign to prevent oil exports.
Bamalam: The government has been selling Hadramout oil for two years, but the money goes to the corrupt and Islah party to expand its influence in Yemen.
The Hadrami leader said it was time to start to prevent the export of oil of Hadramout.
