Sanaa, NewsYemen:

The economic expert, Professor Hassan Muhammad Jaber Al-Mahbashi, revealed that the Houthi militia - the Iranian arm in Yemen - has obstructed the implementation of a project to support electricity with millions of dollars as a grant from the European Union and some countries, indicating that military patrols of the militia stormed a workshop to launch the project and forced them to cancel it.
Al-Mahbashi revealed extortion practices, abuses and threats to workers in the organizations sector by the Houthi leader appointed to the position of Presidential Office Director Ahmed Hamed (Abu Mahfoud).

Professor Al-Mahbashi said that the Houthi leader, Ahmed Hamed, summoned him to his office, and prevented him from dealing with the Ministry of Planning and Development in some of the humanitarian projects that the state obtained.
He added, "When I asked him about the reason, he answered with arrogance and said: I am in charge of all ministries and if you go to the Ministry of Planning, I will cut your feet."

In a comment on social networks, Facebook, Al-Mahbashi says that he met with whom he described as the thief Ahmed Hamed, explaining: "I met this thief and his response to me was like a thunderbolt.
"He added, literally, he said, "It is not important to us whether you implement projects or not, what matters is that you will pay fifty percent of the cost of each project."

The consultant in the field of energy Al-Mahbashi added: "I told him," We are accountable to God and the donors about these sums, as they are charitable donations from foreigners for humanitarian projects for the benefit of citizens, and he expelled me from his office. "

Noting that he submitted a complaint to the Prime Minister of the "National Salvation" government, Dr. Abdulaziz bin Habtoor, regarding the abuse of Ahmed Hamed, "and Dr. Bin Habtoor promised us that he will take the necessary measures."

He added, "I went to the Anti-Corruption Commission and submitted a report with all the evidence against the thief Ahmed Hamed, but I discovered that the Anti-Corruption Commission was found to be the protector of Ahmed Hamed and his gang.

Al-Mahbashi recounts, in the conclusion of his story, that he left the homeland after receiving these threats. “And now I work as an expert and consultant in the field of energy in the Franjiac Company, and I get thirty thousand dollars a month as a salary other than housing and health and educational insurance for my children who are now learning in the most prestigious European universities and schools.”
