Sanaa, NewsYemen:

The Houthi militia - the Iranian arm in Yemen - prevented graduates of public and private universities in Sana'a from holding regular graduation ceremonies.

Under the title "Important and Urgent Circular," an official document issued by the local council in the Al Sabeen District in the capital, Sana'a, revealed that the Houthi militia had banned the parties and festivals for graduation ceremonies "absolutely forbidden."

The document, signed by the director of Al-Sabeen, on Wednesday 11 November, held the violators responsible for this.

Usually, university students organize regular graduation parties at their expense to celebrate their graduation of studies at universities.

The wedding of the activist on social networks, Mustafa Al-Moumri, raised the suspicion of the Houthi militia, when he was forced to hold his wedding party in Al-Sabeen Square in the capital, Sana'a, to accommodate the size of the youth attendance coming from a number of governorates of the Republic.
