Since Iran's arm decided to control most of the north after its expulsion from the south, Ibb Governorate has been the indispensable destination.
The scene was well managed with the chaos of weapons, so it contained the failures and the precedents, who later played a role in society and government departments, led by supervisors from Dhamar, Amran, Saada, Hajjah and Sana’a.
This enabled it to continue despite the complete collapse of infrastructure and services and the absence of security and stability.
A reality that was imposed by the language of weapons and the pretext of aggression, pursuit of opponents, looting of lands and public money, and staggering revenues estimated at billions annually from 20 districts.
Chaos all around
Since the beginning of this June, and within ten days only, reports have monitored dozens of incidents and armed confrontations inside the city and on the outskirts, which ended with a number of dead and wounded.. The latest of which was the killing of a citizen, Thursday, June 10, next to Sirte Park, by one of the gunmen before he managed to escape. The victim kept bleeding in front of everyone until he died.
It was preceded by clashes at an orphanage point, in which officer Anwar al-Samit and a number of wounded were killed, as a result of previous clashes at the same point, in which two gunmen were killed and others wounded.
Daily events reported by the media and eyewitnesses, corruption and abuses in courts, prosecutors, police departments and security points.
The weapon is in everyone's hands
Numerous incidents, most of them shooting, were observed in separate areas of the city and its outskirts, which resulted in intimidation of citizens, damage to a number of houses and the destruction of cars.
This is the image that the city of Ibb has become; Armed men are everywhere, as are the rest of the districts, which are an open theater for clashes and extortion of citizens and storming their homes and shops.
In addition to all of the above, there is a complete absence of any form of development, with the exception of fictitious projects circulated by the militia's media, but on the ground they do not exist.
