Houthi shelling targets homes and a water project in Hais

 The Houthi militia, Iran's arm in Yemen, launched an indiscriminate targeting operation with machine guns and snipers, on residential neighborhoods and the Hays water project, south of Hodeidah Governorate, western Yemen.

NewsYemen's reporter stated that the Iranian arm targeted separate civilian places and neighborhoods, adding that the militias used various medium machine guns.

He stressed that the targeting of residential houses crowded with people and displaced people living in the northern, eastern and southern neighborhoods outskirts of the administrative center of the city was targeted, while the village of Beit Magari, northwest of Hais, was similarly targeted.

He explained that, in conjunction with this targeting, the militias opened fire from their snipers towards engineers and technicians working in the repairs of the Al-Khamri water tank, which feeds the people in the city with water.

He stated that the targeting caused the engineers to stop and prevent them from continuing to complete the work due to the hysterical targeting of them in a random and barbaric manner.

He pointed out that this targeting has disrupted many service projects, and caused concern for civilians and the displaced in this city as a result of the terrorist operations that target the city with various medium and heavy weapons by the Houthi militia.
