The Swedish media celebrates the performance of Yemeni Amna Al-Samii in "Swedan Idol" for singing

The Yemeni girl, Amna Al-Sami'i, captured the Swedish media's news today about obtaining the gold card and qualifying for the final of the famous Swedish singing competition program "Swedan Idol" held in the capital, Stockholm.

Some members of the jury shed tears during Amna's performance of an English song that captivated the jury made up of senior Swedish artists.

Some Swedish newspapers headlined the wide news about this event, "Amna Al-Sami'i charms the Swedish Idol jury."

And the Swedish media quoted the artists as saying that they were unable to comment on that performance by Amna and the level of their astonishment.

Jury member, artist "Alexander Krondlund" said to Amna, commenting while finishing the show: It was a magical little moment of a mythical creature.

Andre Baji: "It was as if we were in a movie... It's absolutely unbelievable."

 In his comment, artist Keichi Mota said, "When I sang it was as if there was energy all over the place, your face was shining."

As for the artist Katia Mosali, she said to Amna during the completion of the performance: "I can sit and watch you and listen to your singing for hours."

Swedish journalist Ebba Larsson wrote in the Swedish newspaper "Noe" in her coverage of this event: "Amna Al-Sami'i made the jury speechless, and made them unable to find the words to comment."

Amna Al-Sami’i moved two years ago from Sana’a to Sweden to escape the war and the situation in the country. She has an artistic inclination since childhood. She won second place in the “Birds of Paradise” competition, a treasure competition in 2013.
