Ibb, NewsYemen:

A drone belonging to the Houthi militia, Iran's arm in Yemen, crashed in one of the countryside of Ibb Governorate, "central of the country", amidst the uncertainty surrounding the downing operation.

Local residents said that a drone had crashed in the village of Beit "Al-Hareish" in the isolation of Mikhlaf Ammar in the Al-Nadra district, east of Ibb governorate.

The people added that shepherds found the wreckage of the drone after it crashed, shortly before noon yesterday, without it being targeted or shot at.

Identical sources said that the people informed the security of the Al-Nadra district, which is under the control of the Houthi militia, who came to the area and the wreckage of the plane was taken.

The people reported that the Houthi militia had kidnapped a number of villagers for interrogation, after which it became clear that they had nothing to do with the downing of the plane and they were released.

According to informed sources, the location of the crash is close to the area of a house belonging to the Houthi leader, "Abdul Hafez Al-Saqqaf", who held high leadership positions in the group's authorities, as his house is located in a high hill on the city of Al-Nadra and with a very large area, and it is believed that there is a launch pad, from which the march was launched. The Houthis, however, fell after the launch, possibly as a result of a technical glitch, according to the sources.
