Joint forces destroy a booby-trapped Houthi plane in Hodeidah

Hodeidah, NewsYemen:

On Tuesday evening, the joint forces shot down a booby-trapped drone launched by the Houthi militia, the Iranian arm in Yemen, in the Hodeidah Governorate, in the west of the country.

The media center of the Giants Brigades said that the defenses of the joint forces had shot down a booby-trapped Houthi plane carrying 40 mm bombs.

He explained that the plane tried to fly over the city of Hais, south of Hodeidah, before it was shot down by the joint forces' defenses.

He said that the Hais front witnessed a dangerous escalation by the Houthis during the past few days.

The center published a video clip showing the drone after it was shot down.
