Al-Zubaidi receives the commander of the Arab coalition forces in the capital, Aden

 Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, a member of the Presidential Command Council, the President of the Southern Transitional Council, received today, Monday, in his office in the capital, Aden, Major General Yousef Khairallah Al-Shahrani, commander of the Arab coalition forces.

 At the beginning of the meeting, Al-Zubaidi welcomed Major General Al-Shahrani and his companions, praising the great efforts made by the Joint Forces Command to support the combat forces in various axes of confrontation with the Houthi militia, and the unlimited support by the brothers in the Arab coalition countries led by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, once again, we affirm that our country will remain a key ally and partner with the countries of the Arab coalition, in protecting the security of the region, combating the Iranian expansion led by the terrorist Houthi militia, and stabilizing the foundations of the Arab project.

In the meeting, the two sides reviewed the latest developments in the capital, Aden, and the liberated governorates, and the military situation on the various fronts of confrontation with the Houthi militias, in light of the continued Houthi violations of the UN armistice, and the efforts made to extend it.

For his part, Major General Al-Shahrani congratulated Aidarous Al-Zubaidi, a member of the Presidential Command Council, on the formation of the new leadership, and conveyed to him the greetings of the Saudi government and the leadership of the joint forces, stressing the readiness of the coalition forces to carry out the tasks in supporting the military forces in various combat axes in our country.

The meeting was attended by Dr. Nasser Al-Khubaji, member of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council and head of the Council's Negotiations Affairs Unit, Muhammad al-Ghaithi, head of the Consultation and Reconciliation Commission, head of the General Department of Foreign Affairs of the Transitional Council, and Brigadier General Mohsen al-Wali, commander of the Security Belt Forces.
