Government meeting: There are difficult options to confront the attacks and threats of Iran's arm

 A senior government meeting held today said that there are difficult options that the state leadership and government may go to to deal with the attacks and threats of the terrorist Houthi militia, Iran's arm in Yemen.

The meeting, which was chaired by the head of the equal government, Dr. Maeen Abdulmalik, stressed the need for governors of the liberated governorates to raise security and military readiness and effective communication with political forces and societal components in the governorates to raise the popular readiness to support and support these options that were not disclosed.

He pointed out that completing the restoration of the state and ending the Iranian-backed Houthi coup has become the inevitable option to alleviate the suffering of the Yemeni people, and to protect international navigation and regional and global stability.  

Holding the terrorist Houthi militia responsible for the dire consequences of its devastating terrorist escalation, including its repercussions on life-saving humanitarian supplies and peace efforts.

The meeting, which was held via visual communication technology, included a member of the Presidential Leadership Council, Sultan Al-Arada, and the governors of the liberated governorates, and was allocated, according to the Saba government agency, to discuss coordination and integration of central and local measures, to implement the National Defense Council's decision to classify the Houthi militia as a "terrorist group" and the measures to be taken on the local level, in accordance with government procedural policies approved by the Council of Ministers in the legal and economic tracks.

He stressed that the executive offices in the governorates should adhere to the directives issued by the ministries regarding the executive procedures for classifying the Houthi militia as a "terrorist group", follow up on the level of implementation and submit periodic reports on that.

The meeting reviewed the challenges and difficulties in the capital, Aden, and the liberated governorates, especially in the service aspects, and it was agreed on a set of decisions to solve them according to existing priorities and available capabilities, foremost of which is electricity and water, in addition to correcting administrative work in the governorates, controlling and developing revenues, and addressing the causes of deficiencies in the regularity of services and take firm measures to combat corruption wherever it exists.

Maeen indicated that the state and the government have put in place a number of procedures and options to deal with the repeated terrorist attacks of the Houthi militia and its supporters from the Iranian regime on the oil facilities, the capabilities of the homeland and the Yemeni people. He stressed the need not to overlook the basic and fateful battle of Yemen and the Arabs against the terrorist Houthi militia and to complete the end of the coup and restore the state.

He stressed that the priority of the state and the government, which will determine all other political, diplomatic, economic, military and security tracks, is to secure the export of oil, secure the life and livelihood of citizens, meet their needs and preserve the minimum rights and services. Pointing out that the attack on oil ports and facilities is, in essence, a declaration of open war by a militia.  Houthi terrorist, whose effects will not stop on national economic institutions and the lives and livelihood of citizens, but will affect peace efforts, the security and stability of the region, energy supplies, freedom of international navigation and global trade.

He renewed the commitment of the state and the government to defend national sovereign interests and facilities, secure basic services and livelihoods, and limit the repercussions of the systematic terrorist targeting of the oil sector and civilian facilities.
