The Saudi ambassador reveals the agenda of his talks with the Houthis in Sana'a

 The Saudi ambassador, Muhammad Al Jaber, said on Monday that his visit to Sanaa comes as part of the Kingdom's efforts to end the Yemeni crisis and support the initiative presented by his country in 2021.

And the Saudi ambassador wrote on his Twitter account, saying: “In continuation of the Kingdom’s efforts to end the Yemeni crisis and in support of the initiative presented by the Kingdom in 2021 AD, I am visiting Sana’a, in the presence of a delegation from the sisterly Sultanate of Oman, with the aim of establishing the armistice and ceasefire, supporting the prisoner exchange process, and discussing ways of dialogue between the components.”  Yemen to reach a comprehensive and sustainable political solution in Yemen.

Al Jaber added: "The Kingdom's government and people have stood for decades with the brothers in Yemen in the darkest circumstances and political and economic crises, and fraternal efforts have been continuing since 2011 to achieve the aspirations of the people of brotherly Yemen for the return of security, stability and economic prosperity."
