وقفة تضامنية بعدن مع امين نقابة المحاميين المختطف منذ اربعة ايام
نفذ المئات من قضاة ومحامون واعضاء مجلس النواب والمجالس المحلية وممثلي منظمات المجتمع المدني في مدينة عدن اليوم وقفة تضامنية مع امين عام نقابة المحامين فرع عدن عبدالله قحطان المختطف منذ اربعة ايام من قبل مسلحين من ابناء الضالع . ودعا المشاركون في الوقفة الى سرعة اطلاق سراحة المختطف عبدالله قحطان ومحاكمة مرتكبيها . وفي الوقفة القى رئيس محكمة استئناف عدن القاضي فيهيم محسن الحضرمي كلمة عن القضاة قال فيها ان ايام صعبة تمر عليهم بخطف المحامي البارز وامين عام نقابة المحامين عبدالله قحطان وان الصمت عر علينا جمعيا اتجاه ذلك .. مستغربا من قيام رجل اعمال بتلك الحادثة وخطف المحامي قحطان من وسط مدينة عدن . واضاف :" لا بد ان يحاكم من قام بهذا العمل المشين . واقترح القاضي فهيم توجيه مذكرة لمحافظي عدن والضالع وقائد المنطقة العسكرية الرابعة ومطالبة فورية لرئيس الجمهورية بسرعة اتخاذ الاجراءات القانونية بحق الخاطفين والافراج عن المحامي عبدالله قحطان .. مشيرا إلى ان أثار هذه القضية ستكون وخيمة . كما القى محمد مرشد نائب رئيس نقابة المحامين فرع عدن شرح فيها الاجراءات التي قامت بها النقابة عقب جريمة خطف المحامي عبدالله قحطان بدأ بتقديم بلاغات الى قادة الامن والسلطات المعنية والنائب العام ثم لقاء وفد من النقابة بمدير امن عدن . من جانيه قال المحامي فتحي الزيدي "ندعو مشائخ ووجهاء محافظة الضالع الى ادانة هذه الجريمة التي لحقت ضرارا كبيرا في نفوسنا نحن رجال القانون في مدينة عدن والتبرء من هذا العمل وسرعة الضغط على الخاطفين للافراج عن زميلنا قحطان" .. مشيرا الى ان صمت ابناء الضالع عن هذه الجريمة اتجاه الخاطفين سيكون له اثار سلبية على سمعتهم وستكون وصمة عار بحقهم لذلك عليهم سرعة الافراج عن عبدالله قحطان لاسيما ونحن على يقين انهم يرفضون مثل تلك الاعمال المشينة . وفي الختام صدر بيان عن الوقفة الاحتجاجية دعا الى سرعة الافراج عن المحامي عبدالله قحطان دون قيد او شرط . وطالب البيان ادانة مرتكبي ومدبري عملية الاختطاف والقبض عليهم وتسليمهم للعدالة . كما دعا الى توجيه مذكرة من ابناء محافظة عدن الى محافظ الضالع تطالبه اطلاق حرية وفك الاسير الاستاذ عبدالله قحطان.
