People in al-Jawf complain increasing medical drugs' prices

Al-Jawf province in the northeastern part of Yemen, suffers from the increasing of the medicines' prices to treat the people's pain and their aches.

The Yemeni people spend about $ 117 million a year on locally manufactured medicines imported from 50 Arab and foreign countries, according to a recent report by Yemen's Pharmaceutical Authority in the Capital Sana'a, under the control of the Houthi militias

Health authorities in Sana'a reported that the Health Ministry's stores lack more than 120 types of chronic and life-saving drugs.
