The head of the Redeployment Coordination Committee (RCC) the Danish General Michael Lollesgaard said that the Houthi militias put obstacles before the Redeployment Plan in al-Hodeida province and its seaports.

In the RCC's fourth minutes, the General Danish confirmed that he would inform the United Nations in this regard, adding that he would send a message explaining the points caused by the Houthis' delay in implementing the agreement.

At the last meeting, the Government delegation had requested the top UN Observer to clarify the non-implementation of the first step by the Houthi militias.

The first phase of the redeployment plan was supposed to be implemented last Monday, with the withdrawal of the Houthi militias from al-Saleef and Ras Essa ports 5 kilometers away, but the Houthi's intransigence thwarted all UN efforts.
