Haijat al-Abd road linked Taiz-Aden closes in Lahj

The local authority in al-Maqatirah district in Lahj province announced the closure of Haijat al-Abd road, a road linked Taiz-Lahj-Aden province starting from Monday.
The local council in the district asked for all citizens and vehicles' and trucks' drivers to turn their way into Souk al-Rabou' ( Wednesday Market) in Karbah al-Sahi area.
According to a press release, Haijat al-Abd road will be rehabilitated and repaired after the asphalt line has been destroyed as a result of torrential rains and high pressure on the line.
Haijat al-Abd road is the only supply line or an artery line, between Taiz, Lahj and Aden province after the Houthi militias cut Taiz-Aden international road since the beginning of the war.
