Army cuts Houthi supply line among Damt, al-Naderah, al-Saddah

The army forces controlled on Monday the public road linking Damt district north of al-Dhale' province and al-Naderah and al-Saddah districts in Ibb province.

Military sources said that army launched a counterattack in response to the Houthis' attacks on sites of Bait al-Yazidi, al-Harewah, al-Qadam, al-Marash, and al-Athala.

The sources confirmed that army forces managed to reach al-Azzani checkpoint area behind Naqil Hadat, hindering the supplies of the Houthi militias who tried to sneak into Naqil Hadat in Bait al-Shawki and Jabal al-Shami areas.

Sources said that the fighting caused the killing 30 Houthis, including the field commander the so-called Ali Mused al-Asmar, and injuring around 20 others.

The army forces foiled the Houthi infiltration attempt to sneak into al-Agara near al-Shami mount west of Murais district.

According to the military source, 15 Houthi militias, including field commanders were killed, 10 others injured, and the rest flee the scene.  

40 members of Houthi militias were killed on Monday in al-Awd front, including Abu Muslem al-Khulani, Hadi al-Seraji. 15 others were wounded, including Abu Mukhtar when they tried to sneak into Bait al-Shawki area west of Qa'tabah district.
