Taiz University rejects Qatar's Brotherhood, al-Qaradawi

Students of Information Department at the faculty of Arts at Taiz University organized a solidarity stand against the background of an attack on a Prof. at the faculty carried out by an Islah's member working at the University.
The oral attack came amid an article " Qatar eats al-Hamdi meat at the last lunch" published in NewsYemen.net written by the Journalist Sameer Rashad al-Yusufi as the article was put by the Information Prof. in the test taken by the students at the Faculty. The Islah member at the University considered the article an attack on the 11 February Revolution and an attack on al-Sheikh Yusuf al-Qaradawi.
The stand protest underscored the need to adhere to the national constants, expressing their unjustified campaigns against the Prof. Tayyed Rashad, amid a new reality in line with the scientific and practical development that trying to follow its approach.
The participants in the stand raised banners and slogans condemning the interference in the media department and its specialized alphabet, as well as rejecting the false descriptions launched by the Islah member Dr. Hezabr against the information students and the journalism Prof. at the department Tayyeb Rashad.
The stand called on the leadership of Taiz University and the Faculty of Arts to take the necessary measures regarding these behaviors and positions that are contrary to the Academy's position, which should respect the fellowship and appreciate the students as the basic building blocks on which the educational construction is based.
The stand issued a statement condemning the "racist and ignorant characterization" launched by Dr. Hezbr against the students of the Information, demanding to restore the full honor and rights for the leadership of the Faculty of Arts and its members staff.
