The joint forces put down an attack by the Houthi militia on Al-Duraihimi, and suffered heavy losses

 On Monday, the joint forces suppressed a Houthi attack, the second in 24 hours, in Al-Durahimi, south of Hodeidah, west of Yemen.

The military media of  joint forces reported, that the Houthi militia, tried to open a breach towards the center of Al-Duraihimi Directorate from the eastern side, but they responded to the attack, causing losses in lives and military equipment.

Sources stressed that units of the joint forces fought fierce fighting with militia members with various weapons and forced them to flee after a number of them were killed and wounded, and the sources of support were suppressed, while one of the joint heroes was killed and another was wounded.

He explained that the Houthi militia had set up artillery landings in the courtyards of the Al-Shujan school, and the mosque declared, and used them during the unsuccessful attack, which sparked fear among the people of the region.

Yesterday evening, the joint forces crushed a similar attack by the Houthi militia targeting the Al-Jabaliya area of   Al-Tuhaita district, south of Hodeidah.
