It added, "The committee, while saluting the brave security men, and applauding their valor and sacrifice in order to protect and secure the capital, Aden, and to protect the lives and property of citizens, has mercy on all the martyrs who died while performing their national duty, and asks God to grant the wounded a speedy recovery."

The Security Committee also saluted the citizens of Crater city for their steadfastness, patience, cooperation and dedication in helping and supporting the security services, "which helped in the success of the mission and rid the city of this waged terrorist gang that outlaws law and order."
