Ibb, NewsYemen, Exclusive:

Ibb is the most controversial province in the north among all those controlled by the Iranian arm, as crime rates have exceeded their peak in recent years.

In the past four years, it has turned into something like a back garden to identify those involved in corruption and criminal cases from outside the governorate, such as Amran, Hajjah, Al Mahwit, Saada and Dhamar.

It it called province of the 30 agents and the fifty advisers.

Dozens of resolutions and appointments that never stop throughout the year in favor or in exchange for the end of service.

The governorate is run metaphorically by Sheikh Abdul Wahed Salah, who is affiliated with the Congress Party, and who has no authority except to open some fictitious projects or cut tapes.

The daily transgressions reflect the state of chaos and corruption that has spread, and no one has been able to stop it, despite all the reports from the militia channels that everything is fine.

The governor prefers to remain silent in front of many issues that are at the core of his work as a result of the pressures exerted on him and his threats from time to time to change him.

Corruption managers

Three directors run the governorate with the mentality of the corrupt militia, and they have full powers without referring to the governor or the competent authorities.

Ali Al-Nawaa: is an employee in the Survey, Land and State Real Estate Authority, who exceeds all legal frameworks to implement his decisions and desires, and has open powers.

Bander Al-Asal: The director of the endowment office, he moves inside the city of Ibb and its directorates armed with gunmen and storms the offices of employees at any time. His relationship with the endowments is limited to blackmailing tenants and following up on revenues and turning them into a war effort through Sana’a.

Majed Al-Tina: The director of the General Authority for Zakat, who comes from Dhamar, is loaded with corruption files and is wanted by the security forces because of his attack on a judge and beating him inside the court. He practices all activities that support the continuation of the Houthi project.

Al-Nawaa, Al-Asal, and Al-Tina; A trio that has exhausted the governorate with abuses, they form something like an organized gang, supported by senior leaders and colluding with local leaders under the pressure of need and the status quo.
